Cancellation policy

ARW is unable to offer refunds for event tickets purchased for a fee or by donation.

If a participant wishes to cancel their registration in a course or workshop, ARW will issue a full refund if the cancellation notice comes not less than 48 hours before the course or workshop commences; if a cancellation comes within 48 hours of the course or workshop commencement, ARW is unable to offer a refund.

If a participant is unable to attend due to illness or other unforeseen emergency circumstance, please contact us at info.almonterw@gmail.com.

If ARW must cancel an event, course, or workshop, full refunds will be issued to all registrants.
